The Studio 15 Pilates approach

We take the method seriously.
Ourselves? Slightly less.

Good Pilates is not about chasing the latest move on Instagram. It is about learning your body, understanding the work and getting better at it over time.

01
Instructors who teach, watch, correct and actually know your name.
02
Small groups, because great teaching happens when there’s room for everyone.
03
Progress comes from showing up, moving well and staying consistent.

Inside Studio 15 Pilates

More space. More focus.
Better movement.

220m² dedicated to Pilates, eight Reformer/Towers, a separate mat studio and a private room for one-to-one work. Enough space to move. Small enough to still feel like your studio.

The people make the place

A studio people
come back to.

Some people arrive wanting a stronger back. Some want to finally understand what their instructor means by “find your centre”. Others simply know that Tuesday at 18:30 is their class.

Since 2012, Studio 15 Pilates has grown into a community of people who practise together, progress together and know each other by first name.

Familiar faces. The kind you notice when they miss a week.
Real progress. The kind you feel as you progress, session after session.
A place for beginners. Everyone starts somewhere. We always have classes for people who are beginning.
And Sammy. Quietly supervising proceedings and maintaining exceptionally high standards of studio morale.

New to Studio 15 Pilates?

You’ll be fine.

You do not need to know what every spring, strap or piece of equipment does before you walk through the door. That is quite literally what the instructor is there for.

Founded by Karen Seidman

Karen started Studio 15 Pilates in 2012.

She’s still here, teaching, watching and paying attention.

Studio 15 Pilates was built around a simple idea: teach Pilates properly and create a place where people actually want to keep practising it.

Karen’s training with BASI Pilates and the Pilates Method Alliance shaped the standards of the studio from the beginning. Those standards still guide every class on the schedule.
