Pilates in Paris 15e · Since 2012
Pilates, as it’s
meant to be taught.
Proper teaching. Small classes. Great equipment. And a studio people tend to stick with.
Find your Pilates
Same Pilates.
Plenty of ways to practise.
Reformer, Tower, Mat, Chair, Arc, MOTR, BOSU. There is more than one way into the work. We’ll help you find the one that makes sense for you.
Reformer & equipment
Reformer, Tower, Chair and Jumpboard. Small groups, proper instruction and plenty to keep you busy.

Mat Pilates with the occasional appearance from an Arc, MOTR or BOSU when the work calls for it.

Just you, an instructor and a session built around what your body actually needs that day.

We take the method seriously.
Ourselves? Slightly less.
Good Pilates is not about chasing the latest move on Instagram. It is about learning your body, understanding the work and getting better at it over time.
Inside Studio 15
Plenty of space.
Never a cattle call.
220m² dedicated to Pilates, eight Reformer/Towers, a separate mat studio and a private room for one-to-one work. Enough space to move. Small enough to still feel like your studio.
The people make the place
A studio people
come back to.
Some people arrive wanting a stronger back. Some want to understand what on earth their instructor means by “find your centre”. Others simply know that Tuesday at 18:30 is their class.
Since 2012, Studio 15 has grown into a community of people who practise together, progress together and know each other by name.
New to Studio 15?
You’ll be fine.
You do not need to know what every spring, strap or piece of equipment does before you walk through the door. That is quite literally what the instructor is there for.
Pick a starting point

Founded by Karen Seidman
Karen started Studio 15 in 2012.
She’s still here, teaching, watching and paying attention.
Studio 15 was built around a simple idea: teach Pilates properly and create a place where people actually want to keep practising it.
Karen’s training with BASI Pilates and the Pilates Method Alliance shaped the standards of the studio from the beginning. Those standards still sit behind every class on the schedule.
