Our Philosophy

At Studio 15 Pilates, we believe Pilates is about more than movement.

It’s about reconnecting with your body, building strength from within, and developing confidence in how you move.

With over 50 years of combined teaching experience, our instructors understand that great Pilates is a journey. It’s about learning to listen to your body, understanding the work, and continually refining your practice over time.

01
Personalized Teaching
Instructors who teach, observe and correct with intention — and who know your name. Because meaningful progress comes from being truly seen.
02
Small Groups
We keep our classes small so there is space for everyone to move, learn and receive the attention they deserve. Because great teaching happens when there’s room to connect.
03
Consistent Progress
Progress comes from showing up, moving well and staying consistent. We’re here to help you build a practice that grows with you — one movement at a time.

Founded by Karen Seidman

Karen started Studio 15 Pilates in 2012.

She’s still here, teaching, watching and paying attention.

Studio 15 Pilates was built around a simple idea: teach Pilates properly and create a place where people actually want to keep practicing it.

Karen’s training with BASI Pilates and the Pilates Method Alliance shaped the standards of the studio from the beginning. Those standards still guide every class on the schedule.
